Shadow Stations

Written by Miss Emily Klein, Middle School ELA Teacher

During the Lenten Season this year, the 8th-grade students put on a moving and reflective presentation of the Stations of the Cross, bringing to life the passion and sacrifice of Jesus through a powerful visual experience. Their dedication, hard work, and reverence was shining through as they guided the audience through each station, using shadows and narration to depict the solemn journey.

This special presentation was the result of students working together to ensure a meaningful and prayerful experience for their peers, teachers, and families. Their efforts were met with appreciation and admiration from all who attended.

To celebrate their hard work and commitment, first thing on Monday morning, the students were rewarded with a well-deserved trip to Orange Cat, where they enjoyed a time of fun, fellowship, and sweet treats. The trip was a wonderful way to recognize their dedication and the impact of their presentation on the school community.

Congratulations to the 8th graders for their inspiring performance and for reminding everyone of the significance of the Stations of the Cross in such a heartfelt way!
